FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining steam-gas mixture and hot heat carrier from liquid is proposed, which involves supply of liquid through inlet branch pipe under excess pressure to annular chambers formed by means of installation of rotary discs with overflow peripheral holes; at that, liquid from inlet branch pipe is supplied in both directions, one part - along outer wall of the shell installed with possibility of rotation on the shaft in the housing, entrapped with screw thread and discharged under action of centrifugal forces to splined grooves of cylindrical housing and moved to outlet hole, the other part of liquid - through cone-shaped holes made in the end wall of the shell is moved from one annular chamber to the other one with varying speeds owing to rotation of discs forming the walls of chambers in opposite direction relative to each other, moved from rotation axis of discs to their peripheral overflow holes which are cone-shaped with an angle of 3 to 30° and with apexes directed towards the supplied liquid so that pressure is increased and bubble tail is formed at the outlet. In order to implement the method, there proposed is steam-gas generator containing fixed housing equipped with the shaft installed with possibility of rotation, with discs fixed on it; rotor is arranged inside the housing with possibility of rotation to the side opposite relative to the above shaft and made in the form of cylindrical shell with screw thread on outer surface, cone-shaped holes made in the edge and arranged between the above discs installed on the shaft, discs fixed on inner surface of the shell which is fixed by means of cantilever on the second shaft installed on the liquid supply side, and the first shaft is installed in the shell cavity; all discs are equipped with cone-shaped overflow holes and flanges so that H-beam is formed; at that, the number of flanges on each disc increases in the liquid movement direction and each flange is equipped with cone-shaped jet forming device.

EFFECT: development of method and device allowing to obtain steam-gas mixture with specified parametres.
