FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of the production of heat by feeding the hot coolant to the annular cavity between the walls of two leakproof tubes under pressure excess and can be used in the housing and utilities sector, in child-care and school institutions, in administration and accommodation and industrial buildings. The convection-type heating device comprises three coaxial tubes connected at the ends by an undismountable joint and fittings for the supply and discharge of the coolant. The tubes form a leakproof cavity, and the end of the outer tube is made with a slope toward the centre at an angle of 40-70°, forming a diffuser, which diameter should not be less than the outer diameter of the inner tube, and on the annular plane of the inclined end towards the centre there is a hydraulic thrust annular groove with the radius depth from 1 to 10 mm, and the mating end of the inner tube is formed with an inclination from the centre with an angle of 20-60°, which form the first leakproof releasable joint, the other end of the inner tube comprises a thread for providing a leakproof connection with the second part of the flared tube and forming the second leakproof releasable joint, in the inner cavity of the device the trap device of heat rays is attached symmetrically in the centre by non-conductive spacers, everted in its upper part in the form of a stocking inwardly with a gap relative to the hollow cylinder of the section and forming an open, directed downwards, annular cavity - the collector below which the collars and confusers are made, the upper end of the inner tube of the formed leakproof housing in front of the inclination from the centre and the trap device in front of the end respectively comprise upper hot copper joints with conductors directed to the cold lower copper joint on the trap device segments made of steel. The fittings for the supply and discharge of the coolant are attached by welding to the inner side of the outer tube with a continuous joint in a circle. The trap device can also be made inside with equally spaced confusers and the upper part is formed as a diffuser with an elongated collar, on which copper joints are placed in a circle with the conductors and connected to the lower joints located on the trap device segments, and the confuser bell-mouth in a circle comprises bypass holes formed perpendicularly to the circumference of the bell-mouth. Also a method of increasing heat transfer by the heating device is described.
EFFECT: increase in efficiency at heating of the device by the smaller amount of the coolant and heating the air flows passing through the inner cylindrical cavities.
