FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of fodder for farm livestock and birds feeding. The bioavailable form of microelement additives to fodder mixtures for animals and birds includes a complex of microelements containing manganese, iron, copper, cobalt and zinc or each of the listed microelements individually. The substance forming a compound with metals is represented by aspartic acid, the aspartic acid to metal ratio being from 1:1 to 2:1.
EFFECT: invention will enable production of a fodder additive with a high degree of bioavailability of both metals proper and protein, fat, nitrogen and phosphorus to animal and bird organisms.
