FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device of cyclone separation and vacuum cleaner incorporating said device. Proposed device comprises first cyclone separation module with, at least, one first cyclone and annular dust collection chamber, second cyclone separation module with several second cyclones and cylindrical dust collection chamber arranged downstream of first cyclone separation module, and third cyclone separation module with several parallel third cyclones and annular dust collection chamber arranged downstream of second cyclone separation module. Note here that the number of second cyclones exceeds that of the first cyclones and that of third cyclones exceed that of second cyclones. Note also that annular dust collection chamber of the third cyclone separation module is arranged concentrically between cylindrical duct collection chamber and annular dust collection chamber of the first cyclone separation module.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of dust separation.
