FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surface processing device. The latter comprises first module of cyclone separation including at least one first cyclone. Second module of cyclone separation arranged downstream of said first pone comprises at least one second cyclone. Third module of cyclone separation arranged downstream of said second module comprises multiple third cyclones arranged in parallel about the axis. Every third cyclone has fluid inlet and fluid outlet. Multiple third cyclones is divided into at least first and second sets of third cyclones. Note here that fluid inlets of the said first set are located in the first set. Note also that fluid inlets of second set of third cyclones are located in second set spaced in axis from aforesaid first set.
