SUBSTANCE: strain of Lactobacillus fermentum Z is obtained as a result of natural selection of lactobacilli of microflora from woman with vaginitis in process of disease treatment by combined action of metronidasole and vaccine SolkoTrichovak. Strain possesses antagonistic activity to pathogenic Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, as well as to fungi. Strain Lactobacillus fermentum Z is kept in collection of bacterial cultures SI SRIEM NWB RAMS under No 10.
EFFECT: invention ensures absence in strain of antagonistic activity with respect to bifidobacteria, which makes it possible to use it in production of probiotic cultured milk foods.
