Abstract RU 2592988 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agents for correction of dysbiotic gastrointestinal tract microbiocenosis disturbances. Proposed synbiotic composition is presented in solid dosage form in form of capsules and contains, wt %: probiotic component, which is a rational combination of probiotic strains bacteria Lactobacillus delbraeckii TS1-06 (2.5) and Lactobacillus fermentum TS3-06 (2.5) lyophilizates, at 107 cells/caps of each strain, as well as sterilized dried culture liquids with metabolites probiotic strain of bacteria Bacillus subtilis VKPM No. B-2335 (1.9) and probiotic strain of bacteria Enterococcus faecium L-3 (8.4) metabolites, prebiotic component in form of oat flakes (20.1), zeolite as adsorbent carrier (64.3) and calcium stearate or aerosil as process additive (0.3).

EFFECT: composition provides sufficient level of specific antagonistic activity with respect to wide range of opportunistic microorganisms, favourable effect on indigenous microflora component of intestines, promotes effective enhancement of nonspecific resistance.
