SUBSTANCE: here is disclosed matrix and laminated system with non-stoichiometric particles. Matrix with particles (1) for part (10, 120, 130, 138, 155) or for layer (16) contains matrix material containing at least one element - metal (Me). Particle (1) contains oxide (Me-O), or particle (1) contains aluminium nitride (Al-N), or particle (1) contains oxy-nitride of aluminium (Al-N-O), or compound of particle (1) contains metal-organic compound (R-C-Me-R), where R = carbon backbone chain , particularly, compound Si-O-C-Me or compound contains alloy and element - metal (Me) has non-stoichiometric share in this compound, in particular, particle (1) consists of this compound. Also, here is disclosed laminated system containing substratum (13) and/or at least one layer (16, 19) located on the substratum and the matrix.
EFFECT: increased protective properties of matrix and laminated system.
