SUBSTANCE: filler weld material contains the following, wt %: chrome 10.0-20.0, cobalt 5.0-15.0, molybdenum 0.0-10.0, tantalum 0.5-3.5, titanium 0.0-5.0, aluminium 1.5-5.0, boron 0.3-0.6, carbon 0.05-0.30, hafnium 0.05-0.7, iron (unnecessarily) - maximum 1.8, manganese - maximum 0.15, sulphur - maximum 0.03, phosphorus - maximum 0.06, lanthanum - maximum 0.2, silicon - maximum 0.7, zirconium - maximum 0.2, and nickel is the rest.
EFFECT: improving weldability and resistance to formation of hot cracks in a weld joint.
