FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: curb board for scaffolding for side restriction of walk-on and/or working surfaces of scaffolding floorings comprises board unit, extended longitudinally in length, which is formed from hollow section bar made of steel, which at its ends, opposite in longitudinal direction, is closed with the help of end tip and which has pad unit made of sheet steel and protruding in longitudinal direction beyond its appropriate end. End tip comprises closing part protruding beyond ends of hollow section bar and covering its end edges, made of plastic mainly, and also fixture connected to closing part, which is inserted into hollow section bar and is fixed to it and/or to pad unit with the help of a fixing facility. Pad unit comprises fixing part inserted into hollow section bar and fixed to hollow section bear with the help of fixing facility. Besides, invention relates to method of curb board making.
EFFECT: increased service life, reduced danger of fire compared to wooden curb boards, efficiency and simplicity in manufacturing.
