SUBSTANCE: internal combustion engine carburetor comprises at least one air choke and throttling choke. Air choke includes axis of air choke and plate of air choke, besides, plate of air choke is strongly fixed to axis of air choke, and transmission element of air choke follows rotation of axis of air choke and controls lever of air choke, at the same time element acts at resistance of passing air flow in channel as air choke is actuated by means of such arrangement of element that under certain temperatures it acts at position of start by limitation of air choke displacement into closed position by means of limitation of air choke lever displacement, besides, element is installed on lever of throttling choke or on lever of air choke. Formula also provides the second version of carburetor, method to use drive of air choke of internal combustion engine and drive of air choke, controlling air choke of internal combustion engine carburetor.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create drive of air choke, requiring two separate movements to provide for slightly open throttling choke and closed air choke in start position.
