SUBSTANCE: device comprises drive unit, which is connected to cutting unit via drive shaft tube. Cutting unit is fixed with the possibility of rotation on tube of drive shaft. Cutting unit may be displaced at least between two positions. Cutting unit is equipped with one or several movable cutting elements. Tool is equipped with facility that locks motion of cutting elements, when cutting unit is located in one of specified positions.
EFFECT: simplified design of device, improved reliability and safety of operation.
