FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopaedics. It involves mobilisation and one-stage bringing down and centring of a foot on a distal epiphysis of a shin bone. The shin bone is shortened by osteotomy. Two cutaneo-subcutaneous flaps are cut out and moved from an anterior surface of a shin onto a posterior one to close a created defect on the posterior surface. The defect on the anterior surface of the shin is closed with excess soft tissues on a dorsal surface of the foot.
EFFECT: method eliminates a faulty position of the foot, normalises a relation of ankle joints, improves locomotive function of an extremity.
