SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with dissecting a fibial cicatricial cord, open resetting of foot, lengthening achilloplasty and osteotomy of tibial metaphyseal area. Moreover, the first osteotomy should be carried out for the thickness of one thirds of metaphysis being parallel to the line of beveled tibial articular plate, the second osteotomy should be conducted from the top downwards from inside outwards against the top of the first osteotomy for the thickness of tibial two thirds not applying distal edge of osteotomy up to physeal plate by about 2-3 mm, then the top of the fist osteotomy should be shifted onto the top of the second osteotomy along with descending and variation of tibial distal fragment followed by cutting a fragment out of external department of distal part of Achilles tendon to replace it onto median surface of mortise joint to be transossally fixed to internal department of tibial metaphysis. Application of the present innovation enables to normalize and reliably stabilize the position of patient's foot at keeping correct biomechanical axis and, also, prevent foot's valgus process.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
