FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil treatment installations to be used in oil industry. Proposed installation comprises oil pipeline 1, separation stages 2, settling tanks 4, feed pumps 5, heater 6, settler of deep dehydration stage 7, settler of desalting stage 8 with water discharge pipeline 9, fresh rinsing water pipeline 10, desorption column 11 with gas feed pipeline 14 furnished with control valve 16 and flow metre 15, feed oil pipeline 12 with flow metre 13 and discharge gas pipeline 17 and oil line 19, separator 20, reagent reception and storage station 26, proportioning pump 27, pressure pulsation killer 30, and separator oil tanks 33. Oil flow line 21 incorporates flow rate metre 22 and swirler 23 connected by by-pass line 24 with mixer 25. Assembly 26 is communicated with inlet of mixer 25 and incorporates needle valve 31. Proportioning pump 27 comprises frequency controller 28 connected with 22. Pressure pipeline of assembly 26 may be connected upstream of feed pumps 5.
EFFECT: higher quality of oil treatment, reduced costs.
