FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used in oil and gas industry for field preparation of hydrogen sulphide-containing oil for cleaning oil from hydrogen sulphide and light methyl-, ethylmercaptans. To implement the method, multi-stage separation is performed, simultaneous supply of dehydrated and desalted oil to the upper part of the desorption column and the gas which does not contain hydrogen sulphide to the lower part of the desorption column, cleaning oil from hydrogen sulphide with gas in a desorption column, removing the gas saturated with hydrogen sulphide from the upper part of the desorption column to the cooler, cooling the gas, and directing the consumer to the gas collection system. Purification of oil from hydrogen sulphide with gas in a desorption column is carried out at pressure of 0.0005 MPa to 0.02 MPa and oil temperature of 20–70 °C. After the coolant, the gas is collected by a device for removing hydrogen sulphide-containing gas, which is made in the form of a light fractions trapping unit, connected to a cooler and a receiving pipeline of a system for collecting and/or recycling gas. Plant for treatment of hydrogen sulphide-containing oil includes desorption column (11) equipped with supply (12, 13) and discharge (14) gas pipelines and oil pipelines, unit of cooler of hydrogen sulphide-containing gas (15) at discharge gas line (14). On offtake gas line (14) downstream of cooler of hydrogen sulphide-containing gas (15) connected to upper part of desorption column, device for extracting hydrogen sulphide-containing gas (16) is made, which is made in the form of a light fractions trapping unit, which is interconnected with a receiving pipeline of a system for collection and/or utilization of gas.

EFFECT: inventions provide higher efficiency of oil preparation and treatment and its quality due to stabilization of blowing processes with minimum material costs.
