FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to application of paints and may be used in various industries, for example, in painting cart bodies. Proposed paint gun has tube provided with free-running unbalanced frame consisting of pain- and air-feed parts. Paint-feed part has two crossarms jointed by cross piece. Each crossarm has a channel to communicate tube channel via tube radial holes and crossarm annular grooves with through holes. Holes are made in prisms arranged in square-section channel of cross pieces. Air-feed part has two crossarms jointed by two-channel cross piece. Crossarm facing pot bottom is made integral with mating crossarm of paint-feed part, but has no channel. Outer wall is arranged beyond edges of pot with atmospheric air. Annular groove is made on the surface adjoining the tube outer wall. Annular channel is formed by tube walls stopped by plugs rigidly jointed to the tube. Two-channel cross piece has square-section channel arranged parallel to drain channel to accommodate prisms that have no through holes.
EFFECT: higher reliability of paint gut operation.
