FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to paint sprayers to be used, in particular, in car production and construction works. Sprayer pot inner and outer surfaces are shaped to spheres. Centres of said spheres are shifted so that pot bottom has a swell making an unbalance element. Saddle-like groove extending along the circle is made on pot outer surface in the plane of large circumference circumscribed at 10…15° to vertical transverse plane. Balls roll in said groove fitted in seats of ring embracing said groove. Two balls opposed in the ring transverse plane interact with those of smaller diameter fitted in cages surrounding bottom half of arc-shape fork ring secured on sprayer case. In changing the sprayer case, the pot retains vertical position to feed paint and equalise pressure inside said pot. Pot vertical position is stabilised in turning the sprayer case at different angles is ensured by hinge joint between case and pot with the help of balls and swell of pot bottom.
EFFECT: expanded performances, higher reliability.
