FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of reusable polyethylene and/or polypropylene. Proposed method comprises heating polymer material in one vessel or reactor at continuous mixing and, if required, grinding at temperature lower than fusion point of polymer material. Note here that polymer material is used in the form of granulates, plates or ground wastes of diverse films. If required, polymer material is crystallised, dried and/or cleared. Note here that mixing and heating is carried out by one mixer with grinding working edges. Subject to type of treated polymer material, radial velocity of grinding tool mixing edge, reactor holdup time and pressure, are varied. Produced plastic materials of higher viscosity may be reused.
EFFECT: reduced costs and higher efficiency.
