FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering. Proposed method comprises moulding airframe elements in mould with separation layer from anti-adhesion elastic material with lengthwise channels for stringers and crosswise channels for main frame, and laying, with tensioning, of continuous yarn into said channels. Said yarn consists of unidirectional carbon fibers impregnated with synthetic binder. Note that laying is made layer-by-layer and producing overlapping at intersections of channels. Crosswise yarns are tensioned by process equipment, while lengthwise yarns are tensioned by squeezing them by coils of fibers from thermosetting material, right above the mould channel and outside its moulding zone. Main frame construction height is set increasing to panel inner side, in direction of attachment fitting. Stringer construction height is also set increasing to panel inner side, in direction to main frame. Yarns of stringers, inside main frame, are arranged to provide for uniform tensioning in all layers and for equal change in yarn tension direction at main frame outlet and outside at the account of arranging thermosetting fibers between layers of intermediate yarns of stringers. Main frame is furnished with jointing elements.
