FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention discloses binder which contains 85-97.5 pts. wt bitumen and 16-2.5 pts. wt polymer composition, where the polymer composition contains: (i) 2-8, preferably 3-6 pts. wt styrene block copolymer containing at least two blocks of a monovinylaromatic hydrocarbon (A) and at least on block of a conjugated diene (B), where the block copolymer has vinyl content of at least 25 wt %, preferably 25-40 wt %, of the total content of diene and contains less than 10% of a di-block (AB); (ii) more than 0 to 5, preferably 1 to 3 pts. wt styrene di-block copolymer which contains one block of monovinylaromatic hydrocarbon (A') and one block of a conjugated diene (B') containing not more than 30% of a tri-block (A'-B'-A'); and (iii) 0.5-3, preferably 1-2.5 pts. wt ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer, where the weight ratio (i)+(ii):(iii) ranges from 2:1 to 6:1, preferably from 3:1 to 4:1. Disclosed also is an asphalt mix containing 2-8 pts. wt bitumen binder in accordance with the invention and 98-92 pts. wt filling material with discontinuous grading or filling material without fine and dust-like fractions or porphyrin filler. The invention also discloses a porous road surface made from asphalt mixes through compacting with the asphalt mix described above.

EFFECT: disclosed binder is resistant to fuel and shear abrasion and the surface can withstand heavy loads.
