FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil-and-fat industry. Proposed line comprises assembly of cleaning seeds of weeds, assembly to hull seeds to obtain hulled products, assembly to grade hulled seeds to fractions for obtaining kernel, assembly to crush kernel to obtain broken product, and assembly for heat-and-water treatment of broken products to produce pulp and for pulp compaction. Seeds sizing assembly is additionally arranged ahead of seeds hulling assembly provided with sifters designed to grade seeds to their width into fractions. Said fractions are fed to hulling assembly separate. Hulled seeds hulling assembly that produced kernel is made up of aspirator operated under vacuum, paddy-separator and photo electronic separator connected in series and sealed as required.
EFFECT: higher yield of kernels with low weight fraction of shells.
