FIELD: explosives.
SUBSTANCE: safety-and arming fuse mechanism refers to explosion engineering. Safety-and arming fuse mechanism includes body with electric detonator, transversely moved partition located in the guide slot of the body, inertia locking mechanism with centrifugal fixing device of end position of the partition, which is made in the form of two pins located in the partition hole perpendicular to electric detonator axis, and fixing devices of initial position of the partition, one of which is made in the form of stepped cylinder arranged in the body hole and in the appropriate coaxial hole of the partition, and two other are made in the form of spring-loaded axisymmetrical centrifugal fixing devices. On one of the partition surfaces there installed is switching plate, and normally open electric contacts are arranged in the body opposite the slot. On the partition surface there is projection, and at the body slot bottom there is additional through slot, and projection of surface enters the above slot with possibility of being moved along the slot. In partition there is through hole filled with explosive agent and offset relative to electric detonator axis, with possibility of their axes' alignment and contact closure with the switching plate to be connected to power supply after the partition arming. Hole of the partition for stepped cylinder is made in the form of blind cone hole with cone angle chosen within 45-60°, and its contact edge is made in the form of spherical segment.
EFFECT: improving safety when the fuse is used.
