FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: device contains the body with terminals, inside of which there is the explosive charge, the electric detonator with electrical terminals, the key made in the form of microelectromechanical system (hereinafter - MEMS key), opened in the initial position, triggered by overload, exceeding the threshold level, the electronic time block, that provides the countdown of the overload time, exceeding the threshold level and forming the electric impulse at the output, in case of exceeding the duration of the overload action of the certain time value. One of the MEMS key terminals is connected to the safety-actuator terminals, and the other terminal is connected to the electronic time block input, the output of which is connected to the electric detonator electric terminal. In the embodiment, the safety actuator further comprises the MEMS key, opened in the initial position, triggered by the overload, located in the electrical circuit, connecting the electronic time block output to the electric detonator electric terminal, wherein the additional MEMS key is disposed in such a way, that the contacts closure is carried out under the action of centrifugal force, when the safety actuator is rotated around the longitudinal axis.
EFFECT: small weight-size characteristics, increased reliability indices at combat use and safety at service handling.
