SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical equipment, namely to blood glucose metres and applied needle devices. A metre comprises a painless needle device, a connector for inserting a strip gauge for blood glucose metering, a metering circuit and a display for presenting a metered blood glucose level. The painless needle device consists of a radiating Er: YAG-laser head designing for skin needling; a tip attached to a front end of said head, and a casing for placing said head and tip. The tip is air-tight and arranged so that laser ray shall be locally concentrated on a needled skin point.

EFFECT: invention allows improved skin and radiating laser head adhesion and minimised sensation of pain when needling.
