FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: laser skin perforator is one-piece and consists of metal housing, laser emitter, power supply unit, lens holder, guides for disposable cap, optoelectronic couple and light indicator of disposable cap replacement. Laser perforator laser radiation spectral range is in range of 2.5-3.5 mcm. In perforator coaxial arrangement of axis of laser crystal and vertical optical axis of radiating part of laser perforator is used with provision of coaxial arrangement of laser emitter in housing of laser perforator with help of at least two seats in frame of laser emitter. Laser perforator also comprises focusing lens, trigger for pumping lamp ignition, which is in close proximity to pumping lamp, for which in laser emitter holder frames there is seat for trigger. Lens holder design further includes pusher located on rear side, wherein inside lens holder is a channel made with thread, wherein axis of this channel should be aligned with axis of laser crystal and axis of disposable cap opening, and focusing lens is placed inside channel and clamped by two nuts with external thread. Laser perforator uses disposable cap replacement indicator arrangement on front panel above guides for disposable cap and indicator in form of translucent light guide in form of slit, as well as arrangement of optoelectronic couple opposite to disposable cap guides and into which disposable cap ledge partially enters. Power control circuit includes microcontroller. In base of laser skin perforator there is a combined connector for connection with foot pedal and computer.
EFFECT: using given invention will allow improving operating efficiency of laser emitter, safe for patient.
