SUBSTANCE: proposed glass 14 is arranged on body wall 10 and coated by protective film 20 applied onto glass inner surface. In compliance with this invention, glass peripheral section 16B is not coated by film 20, while outer edge 22 of said film stays apart from film edge 18. Note here that the distance from glass edge 18 to film edge 22 varies so that first peripheral sections of film 20 stay in contact with adhesive tape 30 that secure glass 14 to transport facility body wall 10, while second peripheral sections of film 20 have no adhesive tape 30 applied thereto. Invention covers also the method of fitting such glass in transport facility body wall.
