FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: self-propelled wind-driven unit includes drive made in the form of wind wheel with horizontal axis, which is installed on column, power transmission transmitting the torque moment from wind wheel to propulsion device, and control system. Wind wheel is installed with possibility of controlled rotation in horizontal plane and made in the form of two four-blade propellers located on ends of horizontal axis made in the form of rear car axle, e.g. GAZ-53B, and fixed in middle part on top of column, connected in a movable way to the base fixed on the platform. Column is made in the form of car frame, e.g. ZIL-130, and installed with possibility of being turned to transportation position. Four-blade propellers can be fixed on horizontal axis of wind wheel irrespective of each other and kinematically connected to power transmission through differential of reduction gear of horizontal axis; blades of four-blade propellers are fixed at an angle of 45° to the above horizontal axis, and their axes are located at sharp angle to vertical plane perpendicular to horizontal axis of wind wheel.
EFFECT: use efficiency of wind energy, easy manufacture owing to using finished parts and assemblies of cars.
