SUBSTANCE: claimed device comprises shaft to support the rotor, rotor drive and fastening structure to coupled rotor drive with vehicle and to rigidly lock the latter. Note here that vehicle transmission rotation can be transmitted either from vehicle transmission of from vehicle drive wheel to mechanical transmission. Said rotor comprises at least one blade and system to displace the latter across the shaft and to lock said blade to the shaft. Note here that said system is coupled with the shaft. This device comprises rotor engine arranged on the blade. Note also that said engine includes the rotor to develop thrust at rotor revolution and drive the blade.
EFFECT: possibility to vary rotor sizes to ensure required lift in flight and decreased overall dimensions in motion on ground.
