FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: system consists of ball plate, of pilot clutch, of magnetic coil, of anchor and of transfer cylinder. The ball plate has a transfer plate and a cam. The pilot clutch restricts rotation of the cam of the ball plate. The magnetic coil is of a circular shape perpendicular to axial direction and is fixed in a core. The anchor travels in axial direction to the pilot clutch. The transfer cylinder travels in axial direction and transfers force of axial travel of the coil to the pilot clutch.
EFFECT: simplification of design.
