FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: facility for power transfer consists of rotating input element, of rotating output element, of torque transfer mechanism and of control system. The said input element is designed to receive torque from a power source, while the output element is designed to transfer torque to an output facility. The mechanism of torque transfer consists of a coupling unit located between the input and output elements and of a unit of actuating mechanism of the coupling. The unit of the coupling actuating mechanism includes an electric engine actuating a gear reducer. The gear reducer contains a driving gear and the first and the second flat gears. Facility for coupling control consists of the first and the second cam plates and also of rollers located between them. The control system actuates the said electric engine, directing direction and value of counter rotation motion between the first and the second flat gears; said gears control direction and value of progressive motion of the first cam plate changing force of input engagement with the coupling.

EFFECT: reduced time of actuation of coupling actuating mechanism, reduced weight and dimensions of components of friction couplings and electric power sources.
