FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: in heat generator containing stator housing and rotor with blind holes on working surfaces, holes for supply and removal of heat carrier the stator consists of front and rear covers having stepped variation of section, rotor is installed coaxially and made in the form of two stepped cones connected by means of bases so that gaps between horizontal walls of steps are equal to gaps between vertical walls of the appropriate steps of stator housing and rotor, and in central part of rear cover there is additional steam outlet hole. There also proposed is heat-radiating plant containing tank, filter, inlet main line, heat generator, outlet main line connected to three-position valve, pressure sensor, temperature sensor, gates, valves, filling and drain funnels. Inlet main line is equipped with electric pump the outlet of which is connected to control line connected to the gate and throttle, the outlets of which are connected to inlet of heat generator the first outlet of which is intended to supply hot heat carrier, the second outlet is intended to supply the steam to consumer, and the third one is meant for storage of hot heat carrier in the tank.
EFFECT: enlarging the range of functional capabilities, improving efficiency and reliability.
