FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural engineering. The plant for dissolving dry and liquid components in water and aqueous solutions to produce liquid complex fertilizers and carbamide-ammonia mixtures contains two interconnected modules, the first of which is heat generating, and the second is mixing, consisting of installed in a metal frame with loading eyes on adjustable reactor vessel supports with a conical bottom of an external heat exchanger with a blower, a rotary pulsation apparatus (RPA), a bellows compensator, an air heating unit, interconnected by a system of pipelines, check valves and pipe gates/cocks. The heat generating module consists of an expansion tank installed in a metal frame with loading eyes on adjustable supports, a portioned water storage tank, a hot circuit safety group, a control cabinet, a two-circuit heat generator, a small circuit circulation pump, a centrifugal water supply pump, a water meter, a large circuit circulation pump, adjustable support, coarse filter, interconnected by a system of pipelines, check valves and pipe locks/taps. The reactor vessel in the upper part contains two hinged doors for loading dissolved components, under which there is a large-mesh mesh receiving basket, a flushing rim for supplying water under pressure using a centrifugal pump, and the lower part is made in the form of a truncated cone with an internal heat exchanger return line passing through its reactor vessel, at least one hydromixing nozzle, pressure nozzle of the bubbling rim. The lower part of the truncated cone is made in the form of a reverse truncated cone, in the upper part of which the main outlet pipe of the reactor vessel and the strainer of the main outlet of the reactor are mounted, and in the lower part of which a bubbling rim is installed. The vertical walls of the reactor vessel are a cylinder with a pressure intra-filter pipe passing through it, a supply line of the internal heat exchanger of the reactor vessel and a pressure pipe for supplying portioned water. One of the circuits of the double-circuit heat generator is connected to a portioned water storage tank made of a three-layer tank and having a level sensor and a temperature sensor installed in it, and the second circuit of the double-circuit heat generator is connected to an external heat exchanger and to the internal heat exchanger of the reactor vessel.
EFFECT: increase in the fail-safety of the dissolution process, intensive, uniform and little dependent on external factors (ambient temperature, inlet water temperature) heating of the solution, ensuring maintainability in the field and quick replacement of the main components, reducing the formation of aggressive and explosive deposits on the inner walls of pipelines and heat exchangers , as well as facilitating the washing of the reactor (mixing) vessel and all lines in contact with the solution and, as a result, improving the quality of the preparation of the solution.
