SUBSTANCE: wireless transmitter (1) controls the number of transmitting beams which must be generated to transmit data streams, depending on the number of data streams to be transmitted, and a wireless receiver (2) selectively receives any one or more transmitting beams from the transmitting beams. The number of transmitting beams (initial number of beams is selected on the receiving side) which should be formed is changed depending on the number of transmitted data streams.
EFFECT: high carrying capacity owing to low mutual correlation between beams when transmitting several streams and high directional amplification when transmitting one stream.
