SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communications equipment and may be used in wireless communication systems. The device comprises a section of identification of pilot sequence for identification of a number of pilot sequences; the first section of modulation information generation, which generates modulation information and information on a number of identification of a pilot sequence; and the second section of modulation information generation. The wireless communication device communicates to the first device of wireless communication on the opposite side the information of modulation and information on a number of identification of a pilot sequence, which are generated by the first section of information modulation generation and the second section of modulation information generation.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increased throughput capacity by reduction of delay of messages of modulation information of other users contained in individual control information.
