FIELD: apiculture, in particular, queen bee cell breeding cup.
SUBSTANCE: queen bee cell breeding cup is equipped with opening in its bottom, said bottom having variable thickness in the vicinity of opening: said thickness continuously reducing toward opening, and having zero thickness near opening contour. Cup of such structure allows bee larva to be transferred into cup in conjunction with wax cell bottom of bee combs. Cup may be also made combined with cell cover used for retention of queen bee cell after sealing thereof by bees.
EFFECT: simplified and cheaper queen bee breeding process.
