FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Subperiosteal exposure of pubic and ischial bones is performed from one access from the side of obturator foramen inside-outwards maximally close to lower edge of acetabulum. Osteotomy of pubic and ischial bones is carried out maximally periacetabularly.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction of terms of performed osteotomy consolidation, improvement of bone fragment adaptation after osteotomy.
