FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Maximally close to lower edge of acetabulum exposure of pubic bone is carried out. Osteotomy of pubic bone is performed. Exposure of ischial bone is performed from the same access as pubic bone. Oblique osteotomy of ischial bone is performed maximally periacetabularly, higher than ischial tuberosity.
EFFECT: reduction of terms of performed osteotomy consolidation, providing possibility to carry out osteotomy without affecting point of fixation of muscles of posterior surface of femoral bone, increase of acetabular fragment mobility.
