FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to orthopedic dentistry and can be applied for manufacturing upper jaw exoprosthesis. Computer tomography of face skeleton is carried out. Stereolythographic model is made. Plate is installed. Resecting and obturating parts of exoprosthetis are modelled. Defect is covered with wax. Teeth are installed under control of occlusion correlation. Fixing plate is connected with obturating part by means of wax. Packing into flask and polymerisation are performed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to improve anatomical correspondence of exoprosthesis, improve recovery of chewing functions and speech.
