FIELD: medicine, veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to veterinary. The method for preparing involves processing of bursa of Fabricius of broilers aged 35-42 days old. The bursa of Fabricius is once frozen to -20°C and kept in a freezing chamber for 6-7 days that is followed with defrosting to +4°C, minced, filled in with physiological solution at 5-6 litres per 1 kg of mince. The prepared mass is paced in a refrigerator for extraction, one day later the mass is filtered; the filtrate is boiled for 9-10 minutes. The suspension is centrifuged for 30 minutes at 2000 rpm. A fatty film formed on the centrate is removed, the coagulate is decanted. The prepared material is filtered, sterilised, bottled and autoclaved. The immunomodulator is taken in the liquid state orally with drinking water by three-stage - 1st to 7th day, 11th to 17th and 21st to 27th day of life of broilers inclusive at 0.15 to 0.10 g/kg of live weight.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows maintaining and increasing resistance, stimulating growth and development of broilers.
