FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of parts from polymer materials. Proposed method comprises moulding the part from powder material with preset geometrical sizes, sintering produced billet, curing and cooling it, placing sintered billet in the mould. Then, said billet is compressed in injection mould. Note here that mould working elements act on the material with force exceeding, at least, the threshold of regular of flow of material. Then, mould is opened to remove sintered billet by mould extractors. This allows notable decrease in mould costs and reduced geometrical sizes. Low friction factor or fluoroplastic allows pressing articles out of the mould without using, so-called, pattern tapers.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of costly material and costs.
