FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multilayer bottle that comprises cylindrical part including outer layer, inner layer and, at least, one barrier layer arranged there between. Outer and inner layers comprise 90 wt % of polyether thermoplastic material. Barrier layer comprises 70 wt %, or more, of polyamide. Multilayer bottle meets the requirements of formulae 1 - 3: (1) OTR ≤ 0.2 cm3·mm/(m2·day-atm), where OTR is mean rate of barrier layer oxygen transfer to cylindrical part measured at 23°C and relative humidity of 60%; (2) 20 ≤ (mean degree of cylindrical part barrier layer orientation) ≤ 45, where orientation degree has magnitude determined from refractivity index of barrier layer measured at 23°C by refractometre Abbe according to the formula: Orientation degree = [{n(x) + n(y)}/2 - n(z)] · 1000, where n(x) is refractivity index of barrier layer in direction of bottle layer; n(y) is refractivity index of barrier layer in direction of bottle circumference; and n(z) is refractivity index of barrier layer in direction of bottle thickness; and (3) 0 ≤ b/a · 100 ≤ 200, where "a" is mean thickness (in micrometres) of cylindrical part barrier layer; and "b" is mean thickness (in micrometres) of bottle bottom part barrier layer.
EFFECT: no delamination at whatever effects.
