FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: gas turbine engine rotor support refers to lubrication devices of radial roller bearings of rotors rotating at high circumferential speed and can be used for lubrication of inter-rotor roller bearings operating under severe conditions and serves for decreasing the oil heating in bearing in modes below maximum, and it also serves to improve the bearing cooling at maximum ratings and ratings close to them. Rotor support of gas turbine engine includes radial roller bearing the inner cage of which is installed on rotor shaft so that oil channels are formed between itself and shaft. Inputs of oil channels through radial oil supply openings made in the shaft wall opposite middle part of inner cage are connected to inner shaft surface, and outputs on both sides of inner cage of roller bearing are interconnected with injection ports, and in oil flow direction after radial oil supply openings in the shaft wall there are additional openings for oil bypassing past the bearing, the inputs of which are arranged on inner oil supply shaft surface. Injection ports can be made in inner cage of bearing and located at 45-90° to longitudinal rotor axis. Oil channels between inner bearing cage and shaft can be made in the form of individual longitudinal trapezoidal grooves turned to longitudinal shaft axis at an angle of 60-75°. For shafts with splines on their inner surface there is inner oil supply surface formed by means of surface in the place at least of 3 milled splines.

EFFECT: improving the cooling process of bearing at maximum ratings and ratings close to maximum, and reducing rotor vibrations.
