FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed bearing comprises high-pressure rotor journal supporting thrust bush, bearing inner cage and lock nut fitted thereon. Free end of said nut has radial ledge directed to the center. Oil feed grooves are made under roller bearing inner cage and on journal threaded section that have two annular grooves made opposite two faces of roller bearing inner cage outer cage of which is secured on stator. Space between two shafts is separated from oil cavity by labyrinth seal to communicate with preoil cavity via journal bores while said preoil cavity is separated from oil cavity by moving seal made up of band graphite seal secured on stator to get in contact with mate cylindrical bush fitted on journal ahead of thrust bush. Thrust bush under mate cylindrical bush is provided with cylindrical ledge around which annular channel is made for oil passage with its inlet communicated with journal oil feed channels and outlet communicated via radial orifices in cylindrical bush with oil cavity. Note here that area of oil passage channel inlet area is smaller than that of radial holes in mate cylindrical bush. Cavity between shafts ahead of labyrinth seal communicates via one calibrated hole in high-pressure rotor journal with oil annular groove. Note also that journal calibrated hole inlet is arranged on diameter smaller than that of inner diameter of lock nut ledge.
EFFECT: reduced hot air feed to gas turbine rotor bearing oil cavity.
