FIELD: weapon and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: method to lay extended charge into aerial bomb case is characterised by the fact that extended linear charge is wound onto technological mandrel. At first inner loop of charge is formed on mandrel, for this purpose loop is installed in parallel to longitudinal axis of mandrel, and as loop is being laid, charge is twisted around its longitudinal axis at the angle equal to angle of loop twisting. Then both ends of produced charge loop are fixed, and remaining part of charge is then wound on mandrel in a spiral around inner loop. As each turn of spiral is laid on mandrel, charge is twisted by an angle equal to angle of twisting as each turn of charge is straightened in direction opposite to angle of twisting, and back end of spiral is fixed. Then mandrel with charge laid on it is introduced into body of aerial bomb at the side of front end of aerial bomb case, back end of charge is passed into tail hole of case, mandrel is folded and removed, leaving charge in case. Afterwards front end of charge is fixed in head portion of aerial bomb, and back end is joined to exhaust device of aerial bomb.
EFFECT: increased reliability of operation of aerial bomb as it opens after landing on water.
