FIELD: explosives.

SUBSTANCE: method to detect quality of sound explosion source actuation in water is based on registration of a physical parameter of the explosion and its comparison to the reference value. At the same time the duration of the first pulsation period of a gas bubble is measured, and the quality of the source actuation is assessed by comparison of a registered value with data produced from empirical dependence.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to simplify composition of hydroacoustic and registering equipment and to reduce time for treatment and analysis of test results.
