SUBSTANCE: invention refers to human body general mobility apparatuses, to trunk, extremity and joint mobility apparatuses. A human body general mobility apparatuses accommodating a chassis for fixed floor support, a user's body platform movable relatively to the chassis, and motor means for platform actuation relatively to the chassis, characterised by the fact that driving fixtures are designed on the one hand for moving the platform relatively to a substantially vertical fixed axis (Z-Z; W-W) and on the other hand for rotating the platform about this axis when the platform is moved, and the platform is equipped with peripheral sliding supports for matched seats rigidly coupled with the chassis, and said supports are designed for mounting the platform on the chassis with adjustable inclination relatively to a horizontal in a plane (P) passing through the fixed axis (Z-Z; W-W) and a central zone of the platform when the driving fixtures move the platform relatively to said axis.
