FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to woodworking, particularly, to furniture and decorative board production. Proposed method comprises preparing facing material, applying it on substrate, preparing surface for finishing and applying paint-and-varnish coating. Facing material represent 0.3-0.5 mm thick veneer sheets treated by composition based on carbamide-formaldehyde resin containing dry substance in amount of 65-66% with addition of plastified polyvinyl acetate dispersion in amount of 5%, aerosil in amount of 2-3% of 3% and 10%-solution of ammonium chloride of liquid resin volume that doubles as gluing substance, pore filler and primer compositions dried to remove volatile substances at 150°C, cut and glued along the edge. Pressing on of veneer is carried out without applying glue on substrate at 140-150°C and 1.5-2 MPa for 1.5-2 min via interlayer from thermostable anti-adhesion film arranged between press plate and facing veneer. Pore filling, surface levelling, priming and drying are carried out along with building up and gluing veneer to substrate.

EFFECT: reduced labour and material input, simplified and shorter process.
