FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to loose material flow separators and may be used for gain flow separation. Proposed flow separator comprises inlet branch pipe, two outlet branch pipes and flow separator arranged in inlet branch pipe and made up of deflecting corrugated constant-section pipeline with controlled drive. Drive is made up of screw-nut gear with motor with motor relay contacts arranged in symmetry on outer surfaces of outlet branch pipes. Drive control system is made up of rocker consisting of two interconnected chutes arranged along the grain travel direction and fitted on common horizontal axle, axle angular position pickup with contact to interact with motor relay contacts. In the case of irregular separation, one of said chutes receives more loose material to turn chute axle. Here, contact arranged on axle together with one of the contacts on outer surface of outlet branch pipes closes. Relay picks up and motor starts to displace corrugated pipeline toward outlet branch pipe with lower loose material flow rate.
EFFECT: higher reliability, simplified design.
