FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises body (1), section of rope (2), one end of which is passive (3). The second free end (4) is equipped with entry part (5) and is pulled through inlet (6) and outlet (7) holes and through channel (8) to form a loop, and is fixed in it by means of locking mechanism (9). Opposite to inlet hole (6) there is a facility to prevent unauthorised access inside body (1), arranged in the form of orifice (11) with profiled hole, mounted with the possibility of rotation around rope (2). Form of orifice (11) hole matches form of rope (2) cross section. Orifice (11) is arranged as self-aligned due to making its lower surface in the form of sphere and its installation on spherical support formed in plate (14). Plate (14) is equipped with hole for passage of free end (4) of rope section (2). In assembled form axes of inlet (6), central and outlet (7) holes match each other. Orifice (11) is arranged in cavity provided in cover (10). On body (1) there is an area for control identification marking provided.

EFFECT: prevention of transverse movement of flat orifice relative to axis of inlet hole.
